GRADE M-24: Compounded from premium quality natural rubber to provide excellent resistance to cutting gouging, wear & tear and confirms to the maximum abrasion loss value & minimum tensile strength.
GRADE N-17: Recommended for medium duty services to handle sized materials like woodchips, lime, fine stones, gravel's etc.
GRADE HR(T1): Manufactured with specially formulated rubber compound for handling materials like ash, hot lime, foundry sand etc. having temperature up to 125°C for coarse and 100°C for fines.
GRADE SHR(T2): This cover grade is specially formulated with synthetic & natural rubber to provide superior heat & abrasion resistance. Recommended for temperature up to 180°C for coarse and 160°C for fines material.
GRADE UHR: Specially made with formulation of S.B.R rubber for providing ultra heat & abrasion resistance. Recommended for temperature up to 180°C for coarse and 160°C for fines material.
GRADE FR: This belt is widely used in coal & such type of mines where the ambient temperature may not be high but there is distinct hazard of belts being enveloped in fire.
GRADE OR: specially compounded synthetic rubber cover grade is specially designed to give the best possible resistance to mineral, vegetable and animal oils.
HYGIENIC: This grade is specially manufactured from suitable non-toxic elastomers & is odorless. Recommended for handling foodstuff like tea, bakery, medicines, confectionery etc.
ROUGH TOP BELT: It is designed for transporting light weight goods, either being inclined or being horizontal, also suitable for transporting fragile or deformed materials and packed goods, such as glass, papers, bags, boxes or cartons at angle from 15 to 35 degree. The bareback Rough Top belt makes less friction coefficient, suitable for running over table and flat panel. The design of mesh-like pattern on the top surface cover can generate the relief effect, absorbing any vibrations and impacts exerted on the materials conveyed and simultaneously preventing the material from slip.
Type of Edges: Available in cut edges and moulded (protected) edges.
Skim Coated: The belts are processed with all its fabric plies skim coated with superior quality rubber compounds
Mildew Inhibition: The rubber compounds used in the belts are designed such as to have full protection against mildew
Breaker Ply: To with stand extra impact during service the belts are provided with breaker ply on demand.
