Impact Bar
IBC Impact Bars are manufactured from premium quality rubber and polyethylene. Impact bars are designed to be positioned underneath conveyor loading points to prevent belt damage. With its ultra shock-absorbing properties, these impact bars protect the belt’s top surface from getting damaged from continuing falling heavy material during loading operations and hence it increases the belts lifespan. Its unique top surface provides necessary low friction to the belt to run over smoothly without any extra power consumption.
Impact bars at IBC are available for all belt types, width and inclination angle. These bars can be fixed easily with available fasteners, these fasteners allow quick and safe installation on the belt conveyors.
Our Impact Bars are used for Handling of heavy bulk materials like heavy stones, sinter, heavy metals, limestone or cement etc.
