N17 Grade Conveyor Belt

The formulation of this cover grade is specifically designed to resist to most of the chemicals including chlorinated compounds, acids & bases, coolant oils etc. these belts are manufactured with materials that do not allow belt to disband, swell or flake, thus making it appropriate to convey corrosive materials that comprises acid & alkalies

This off-white colour cover grade is specially manufactured from suitable non-toxic elastomers & is completely odorless, recommended for carrying foodstuff like tea, bakery, medicines and confectionery etc. These belts are also used in Bucket Elevators for carrying various food products.

GRADE UHR(T3): Specially made with formulation of EPDM rubber for providing ultra heat & abrasion resistance. Recommended for temperature up to 200 deg * C for coarse and 180 deg * C for fines material.

The design of mesh-like pattern on the top surface cover can generate the relief effect, absorbing any vibrations and impacts exerted on the materials conveyed and simultaneously preventing the material from slip. Rough top belts are best suitable for transporting light weight goods, either being inclined or being horizontal, also suitable for transporting fragile or deformed materials and packed goods, such as glass, papers, bags, boxes or cartons at angle from 15° to 25° degree. The bareback Rough Top belt makes less friction coefficient, suitable for running over table and flat panel.
